Broker Package
This course is for Brokers that are already licensed in another state other than NJ and wish to obtain an NJ Real Estate Broker license.
Brokers that wish to become New Jersey Real Estate Brokers are required to take the following 2 courses in order to be eligible to take the NJ Broker Exam are:
- Ethics & Agency Broker Course (30 Hours)
- Office Management Broker Course (30 Hours)

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION PRIOR TO REGISTERING FOR THE COURSE
If ACTIVELY engaged in the business on a full-time basis as a licensed broker for the three years immediately preceding the date of application, you are required to do the following:
- Complete Broker Waiver Application - https://www.state.nj.us/dobi/division_rec/licensing/forms/recbrwavapp.doc
By completing the waiver the NJ REC will approve you to waive the General Broker (90 hours) course if you are eligible. Please complete this waiver prior to registering for the course.
NOTE: Please DO NOT enroll in either of the two 30-hour Broker courses until you have received a waiver of the 90-hour Broker course from the NJ Real Estate Commission.

Brokers Licensed In Another State Course Live Online

You may unmute your microphone when you wish to ask a live question, or you may type your questions in the chat.
