Any person who completes a NJ Brokers Course is deemed to have fulfilled the CE Requirement for the licensing term in which the Brokers Course was completed. This course covers, New Jersey real estate law and rules and regulations and the following topics: Agency, Ethics, Contracts, Appraising,Fair Housing, NJLAD, Title, Taxes, Deeds, Ownership Methods, Mortgages, Financing, and many other related subjects.
This is 1 of 3 courses required by the REC in order to take the NJ Real Estate Broker’s Exam.
